Product Description

Part 1: Description

LD type single girder overhead cranes typically consist of a single girder construction. These can be built with steel beams or more rigid welding box girder type. Single Girder Cranes is more typical when lifting capacity less than 20T. LD Single Girder Overhead cranes are widely used in our industrial field. It is applied at steel plant, Hydropower Plant, Warehouse, Workshop, Production Line, Maintenance Shop, Material Transportation, Equipment Assembly Shop etc. We have Comprehensive standard equipment and wide range of accessories to suit individual requirements.

Part 2: Detailed Configuration:

1- Lifting Mechanism
- Monorail wire rope hoist or chain hoist as option: -lifting speed: single or dual as per required
- Trolley Speed: Single or Dual or Step less as per required
- High performance with most economical price

2-End Carriages
-rigid welded box type end carriage
- Modula design
-cone squirrel cage motor or soft start motor as option

3-Main Girder
- Rigid welded box Girder or sturdy hollow steel section

- Made of steel Q235 or Q345
- Designed Deflection≤1/750 of span
